In the 'Remote Support' section of your Dashboard, you can schedule a live session with one of our support staff members for remote assistance.This service is exclusively available to customers who have purchased any of our Expert Advisors.To schedule a session, please follow these steps: 1. Click on Remote Desktop. 2. Select a date for your session. 3. Choose a time for your session. 4. Fill out the form with your AnyDesk ID and provide details on the assistance you need during the session and click "Schedule Event".You will receive a confirmation email once your session is scheduled. At the scheduled time, please make sure AnyDesk is running and ready about 5 minutes before your session begins.

Select the Windows version and download it2. Run AnyDesk:a. Once the download completes, run the downloaded file. AnyDesk doesn’t require a full installation or complex setup — it’s ready to use immediately3. Find Your AnyDesk Address:a. When AnyDesk opens, you’ll see a unique address displayed; this is the number you’ll need to provide when scheduling a support session on our websiteb. This address remains constant and identifies your device for remote access4. Prepare for Your Remote Support Session:a. Before scheduling a session, open AnyDesk and keep it running to ensure a smooth connectionb. When your support session begins, a pop-up window will appear showing the name of the team member who is assisting you5. End the Session Safely:a. Once the support session is complete, you can safely close AnyDesk.b. If prompted to install AnyDesk, choose “No” to ensure that it isn’t accessible again unless you open it manually
