In the 'Remote Support' section of your Dashboard, you can schedule a live session with one of our support staff members for remote assistance.
This service is exclusively available to customers who have purchased any of our Expert Advisors.
To schedule a session, please follow these steps:
1. Click on Remote Desktop.
2. Select a date for your session.
3. Choose a time for your session.
4. Fill out the form with your AnyDesk ID and provide details on the assistance you need during the session and click "Schedule Event".
You will receive a confirmation email once your session is scheduled.
At the scheduled time, please make sure AnyDesk is running and ready about 5 minutes before your session begins.
