Steps to Use AnyDesk for Remote Support:
1. Check for AnyDesk on Your Device:
a. If you’re using ValeryVPS, AnyDesk is pre-installed and available on your desktop
b. If AnyDesk is not available, go to AnyDesk.com and navigate to the Downloads section
c. Select the Windows version and download it
2. Run AnyDesk:
a. Once the download completes, run the downloaded file. AnyDesk doesn’t require a full installation or complex setup — it’s ready to use immediately
3. Find Your AnyDesk Address:
a. When AnyDesk opens, you’ll see a unique address displayed; this is the number you’ll need to provide when scheduling a support session on our website
b. This address remains constant and identifies your device for remote access
4. Prepare for Your Remote Support Session:
a. Before scheduling a session, open AnyDesk and keep it running to ensure a smooth connection
b. When your support session begins, a pop-up window will appear showing the name of the team member who is assisting you
5. End the Session Safely:
a. Once the support session is complete, you can safely close AnyDesk.
b. If prompted to install AnyDesk, choose “No” to ensure that it isn’t accessible again unless you open it manually
